Processing of personal data related to Mia Renwall’s services with the consent of the user of the website.

When register information is stored on Internet servers, it is appropriately protected by our own services as well as by our outsourced services. All data is at least password protected on SSL protected servers. Our website is completely SSL protected.

The registrar shall ensure that the stored information, as well as server access and other information critical to the security of personal data, is handled confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it covers.

Intended Use of the Register

When You Send a Message Through the Contact Form:

The name, email address and message you send through the contact form will be sent via email to the registrar. The message is saved to the email archive and the name and email address are saved in the customer register.

When You Subscribe to a Newsletter:

Your name and email address will be saved in the Mailchimp marketing register. You can subscribe to Mia Renwall’s newsletter that has content in Finnish and/or to the newsletter that has content in English. Your information will be used to inform you about useful information, marketing communications, customer surveys, business development and statistical purposes.

The registrar shall ensure that the information stored in the marketing register is handled confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it covers. The information in the register is not sold or handed over to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from the marketing register anytime by selecting the Unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an email to the registrar.

When You Visit the Holvi Webstore:

The content of your shopping cart and the information of the payment details you give at the Holvi webstore checkout will be saved in the customer register. With this information we can:

– send you information about your order and your account
– answer any questions and requests you might have, including refunds and complaints
– handle payments and inhibit criminal activity
– comply with legal obligations, such as paying taxes

The information collected by the webstore is stored for taxing and accounting purposes.

When You Register to a Online Course:

You will receive a link to the registration form, where you will create a user account, which includes your name, email address, username (which is your email address), your password, your phone number and the information about the online course you have purchased. Your password will not be visible to the website admins. Your name and email address will also be saved to the Mailchimp service for course related information. We will use your information for the following purposes:

– sending you information about your account, orders and courses
– answering your requests and questions
– tracking your use of the online course
– complying with legal obligations
– informing you about useful information, marketing communications, customer surveys, business development and statistical purposes

Your user account will be saved for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned obligations.

When You Have a User Account to Online Courses:

A cookie is placed every time you log in to the website. This cookie will not include personal information, it only determines whether your web browser supports cookies or not. The cookie is deleted as you close the browser window.
